We are situated in the heart of beautiful, peaceful countryside, about 45 mins from Cherbourg on the west coast of the Cotentin peninsula.
We have three self-catering holiday cottages (or in Normandy, Gites) – Stable Cottage,Chèvrefeuille and Jasmin, all of which are described later. Our farm is a veritable haven of peace and tranquillity where children can play in safety, and help out with our animals.
The gites in manche are close to sandy beaches (only 6km), and ideally placed for visiting Mont St Michel, Bayeux, and the Landing Beaches, or house hunting in the cotentin area.
Created from three stables, and the first of our Normandy gites, Chèvrefeuille is a large, spacious cottage designed to accommodate 6/7 people in comfort. It has three bedrooms, two bathrooms, living room with wood-burning stove and kitchen area. One of the bedrooms is on the ground floor and has an en-suite showeroom equipped for wheelchair users.
Upstairs are two further bedrooms, a shower room and separate toilet. The gite now has full oil-fired central heating. The gîte is accessible to wheelchair users and has been inspected and approved by the Association des Paralysés de France.
