We are approximately 40 minutes between the ports of St Malo & roscoff, and also half way between Brest and Dinard airports, so you we are easy to get to & easy to find.

We are on the border of Finistère & Cotes d’Armor the house is perfectly situated for touring – marche, Biking or Cycling.

Only 10 minutes to the nearest towns of Callac or Carhaix, another bonus is the nearest pub is 5 minutes away and has its own micro brewery.

Bedrooms: chambre à coucher 1 (1st floor) with double bed & 1 un lit simple, double wardrobe, dressing table, chest of drawers, rocking chair, TV with satellite, 1 window. It has original oak beams. There is a hairdryer, tongs. Bedroom is very large with solid wood furniture.
Bathrooms: It is a shower room with washbasin, toilet and shower. There is a power point.
cuisine: This is fully fitted with a gas cooker, machine à laver, tumble drier, lave-vaisselle, Large fridge with freezer compartment. grille-pain, George Foreman grill, slow cooker, plenty of cookware and utensils. There is a table, 4 chairs and a dresser.
Buanderie: Storage cupboard next to kitchen with iron, ironing board, storing coats, shoes, etc, and cleaning equipment.
Salons: A comfortable room which looks out onto your private garden. 1 leather sofa and chair. There is satellite TV, DVD player with a good choice of DVDs. We also have a stereo for CDs, Radio. There is plenty of books, games and local information & maps.
Other: Parking. You have two private car parking spaces enclosed on the property behind metal gates, which is totally secure. This leads you to your private entrance/exit via the french doors in the living room. There is storage in our garage for bicycles etc.
Cleaning/towels/
linen/maid service: Les draps et serviettes sont fournis, and beds made on arrival. It is cleaned before each rental, and for stays of more than one week, fresh linen will be provided. We offer a welcome pack for you. Aussi, we can offer prepared evening meals, ready on request.
In your private garden, you have a table and chairs, a bench, Barbecue, parasol, sunbeds, and is totally private. This garden gets the sun in the morning, and until the early evening. It is perfect for a leisurely breakfast on the patio, or a glass of wine in the evening, with nothing but a wonderful view to look at.
