Le gîte peut accueillir six adultes par l'intermédiaire de, deux lits doubles, une avec un lit simple supplémentaire, plus un canapé-lit dans le salon.
Villes voisines incluent Bourganeuf, Gueret and Bourganeuf and a lovely beach lake is only a short drive away.
* The lounge has an open stone fireplace, ideal for those cold winter nights. Lounge equipped with, TV par satellite, Lecteur CD, two sofas. Double doors lead onto front lawn

* Large Oak dining table easy to sit 8 gens (only six chairs though)
* Two double bedrooms one with an extra single bed
* Mezzanine above the lounge with single bed

* Front garden is large and long with laid lawn
* There is an 80ft Douglas Pine to the right hand side which is very impressive and old!
* The natural spring with its own wash stone tub is still working and flows down to the river
* 10 acres of private woodland via a small path from the garden
