Summer Holiday Gite, Normandy

La Ferme, in the hamlet of Basse Copette, was once the farmstead of a working farm and now a holiday gite, Normandy, for your summer holiday. It is available to rent for self catering stays during July and August. It is ideal for a couple with 2 or 3 children – or 2 couples.
There is a comfortable lounge, a separate dining room, and a well equipped kitchen with 2 ovens, a large fridge-freezer, and a dishwasher. Off the kitchen is an east facing conservatory, that has great views from the house over the Bresle Valley, with table and chairs and makes for a wonderful sunny room for breakfast.
Upstairs there are 2 large, very comfortable ensuite bedrooms. Guests are always speak highly of the quality of the beds and the deep sleep they get at Basse Copette. In one of the 2 rooms, there is a kingsize bed and a single bed. But there is room enough for 3 single beds should this arrangement be preferred. This room has an ensuite shower. The other bedroom has an ensuite bath, and there is a double bed. A washing machine is also available.
In front of the house is a large terrace with a garden table and chairs, and a portable BBQ is also available. From the terrace there are wonderful views over the Bresle Valley.
La Ferme is available as a holiday gite, Normandy, on a daily basis from 27 June to 29 August 2010, for €150 per day for a maximum of 5 people. You can arrive any day, and leave any day. 30% of the price secures your reservation, the balance is due 8 weeks before the start of your stay.
The cost includes all bedding, linen and towels (hand towels and bath towels), firewood, charcoal, gas, electricity (within reason), and water charges. In addition, the gite is stocked with the following items before your arrival: toilet paper, dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid, tea towels, tin foil, cling film, dustbin liners, all cleaning equipment, and basic kitchen condiments – including vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, sugar, mustard, herbs & spices. And other local treats to welcome you on your arrival.
