La Chalourie
Translation
La Chalourie is a traditional French house in private grounds of 800 square meters, situated on top of a hill with stunning views over a wooded valley.
The house has recently been refurbished to provide a comfortable home whilst retaining much of it’s original charm.
The ground floor consists of a large lounge/dining room with an indoor barbecue in an open fireplace. The dining table is large enough to seat up to 14 at one time. The kitchen is well equipped with a gas oven, fridge/freezer, microwave and washing machine.
There is a ground floor bathroom with a full sized bath WC and separate shower cubicle. there is also a separate toilet. A double bedroom and a ‘children’s bedroom’ with 4 single beds, completes the downstairs layout.
First Floor: upstairs there is a second living room with an English satellite TV, DVD & Vidoe players. The first floor has 2 more double bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom with shower and WC.
Both living rooms are equipped with double sofa beds to increase the sleeping capacity to 14
In addition to the indoor barbecue there is an outdoor barbecue available and a large garden table and benches
