The ground floor consists of a light and airy lounge/dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, shower room and a wc.
The first floor has 3 large bedrooms and a wc/shower room.

All this within a walled landscaped garden, with its meandering lawn with many mature trees, shrubs and flower beds. For those who play, swings, slide, sand pit and boule pitch are also there to enjoy.

The welcoming well-appointed village of Evran, with its bakers, butchers, supermarket and banks, is only 5 minutes away. For those who want to escape the kitchen, restaurants and bars can also be found in Evran and all the other nearby villages, catering for all tastes and price range.

Within a short distance, you can find golf courses, fishing lakes, chateaux, water sports, zoo, theme park,
as well as the medieval towns of Combourg, Dinan, Dol and Rennes.
