The farmhouse is of the traditional Perigord style, met een hoog dak en stenen muren, en is gerestaureerd tot een comfortabel onderdak bieden aan maximaal zes personen.
Beneden is er een grote volledig ingerichte keuken met een boerderij tafel en stoelen, en een comfortabele lounge. There is also a downstairs WC, and a utility room with washing machine, freezer and dishwasher. The small twin bedroom downstairs is not usually used but if there are 8 in your group you are welcome to use it.
Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms (one with en-suite showerroom) and a family bathroom.
Buitenkant, the property features a large, well maintained garden with attractive seating area.
The swimming pool (12 metres * 6 meter) is shared with the 2nd reizen at the property.

The farmhouse is on the border between the Dordogne and Lot-et-garonne departments.
it is perfectly placed for exploring numerous medieval villages and a great deal of fine scenery. Some of the popular towns and villages within 20km include:
- Monpazier
- Monflanquin
- Villereal
- Issigeac
- Bergerac (25 km)
The well known attractions of the Dordogne region are also close to hand, with numerous medieval castles and picturesque villages to explore.
