The farmhouse is of the traditional Perigord style, com teto alto e paredes de pedra, e foi restaurado para oferecer acomodações confortáveis para até seis pessoas.

There is also a downstairs WC, and a utility room with washing machine, freezer and dishwasher. The small twin bedroom downstairs is not usually used but if there are 8 in your group you are welcome to use it.
Upstairs you will find three comfortable bedrooms (one with en-suite showerroom) and a family bathroom.
Exterior, the property features a large, well maintained garden with attractive seating area.
The swimming pool (12 metres * 6 metros) is shared with the 2nd gite at the property.

The farmhouse is on the border between the Dordogne and Lot-et-garonne departments.
it is perfectly placed for exploring numerous medieval villages and a great deal of fine scenery. Some of the popular towns and villages within 20km include:
- Monpazier
- Monflanquin
- Villereal
- Issigeac
- Bergerac (25 km)
The well known attractions of the Dordogne region are also close to hand, with numerous medieval castles and picturesque villages to explore.
